Un ruso toca 1000 pares de tetas !!!!

Here's a 20 minute video of a Russian comedian grabbing the breasts of 1000 women on the street, it's over their clothes and seemingly with each woman's permission (though there's still some amazing reaction shots) there's a counter and everything and you get to see each and every of the 1000 tit grabs.
The "why" of the video (that is, besides touching the breasts of beautiful women in public is awesome) is what confuses me, here's the statement from the beginning of the video:
